I'm 6'1" 225 lbs. I ordered the 2XL looking for a looser fit that could be layered while I am camping/hiking. This specific shirt while amazingly soft and comfortable, runs a little small for us larger guys! I would recommend getting one size larger than normal. I plan to order a larger version for the woods but this one will work awesome for the gym or everyday life.
